Recipe for egg roast
Heat oil in the karahi. Add a few curry leaves. Once it stops spluttering. Add 3 finely chopped onions lengthwise. Add a pinch of palm sugar. Sauté till it caramelises to a golden brown. Add 1 tbsp of pounded ginger and garlic. Now add 3 finely chopped tomatoes. Cook down till it becomes soft . Add a teaspoon of chili, coriander powder and garam masala, half a teaspoon of turmeric.Salt to taste. Sauté till the raw smell disappears. Add ur hard/ soft boiled eggs, your roast is ready!
